Complaints Procedure
We always try to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. The practice adheres to a practice-based complaints procedure and you should contact the Practice Manager in writing if there is an issue you wish to discuss.

The Patient Experience Team is available from 8am to 4pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, and will aim to respond as soon as possible within three working days. Each complaint that is received will receive an acknowledgement within three working days.
